We always have at least 3 different single origin coffees.
Latin American: Typically smoother, deeper, richer, and heavier body. (Think chocolates and caramels)
African/Asian: Typically brighter, fruitier, lighter and snappier. (Think fruits and spices)
Special Featured: A higher rated coffee with exemplary characteristics.

FAQ
What is a GLB?
Green LB or green pound. During roasting, coffee loses water weight. Depending on the roast degree, a lb of coffee will end up 14%-18% lighter. Instead of just rounding down to 12 oz, we sell the full lb after roast.
Where are the coffee descriptions?
We love exploring coffee and want to share that experience. The problem with coffee descriptions is they heavily bias tastes. Expecting chocolate will predispose you to find chocolate and could blind you to nuances and other flavors.
What happened to X coffee or when will you get more?
Coffee is incredibly diverse. Exploring the different qualities and flavors in coffee is what gets us going. The nature of single origin coffees means we're subject to lot sizes and seasons. While some coffees will have similar experiences year to year, it's likely the coffee from a given lot will be a unique event.
